A Brief History of Gaming

Gaming as an industry had some pretty humble beginnings. But now it has grown into a massive industry that you can make a fortune off of just by consuming the medium and broadcasting your consumption to other consumers. You may ask, "But where did it start? How did we get to the point of the Console Wars?" Well here it is ladies and gentleman. The brief history of gaming, from 1958 to 2001.
